To Betty and your entire family, we extend our deepest condolences in the passing of Jerry. Words can not adequately express our feelings.

We know he will be in our memory and hearts forever.

Some 45 or more years ago, he stepped forward to introduce himself and The Windsor Magic Circle to us.

Many years have been enjoyed in his and Betty's company, great memorable times shared by all for sure.

At this time of passing, Jerry was the eldest active member of our local magic club, now known as IBM Ring 116. That honor now is handed down to the next in line, which happens to be me, as now, all of the original founding members have sadly passed on.

Jerry, and Betty, were instrumental in providing much of the early history of the magic scene in Windsor/Detroit and we are all grateful for that early knowledge.

May God bless you in helping you and the family through these heavy heart days.

Rest in peace Jerry... we will miss you, but never forget you!

Jerry was a stalwart member of our club for decades. He was the owner of Cavalcade of Magic & Novelties (Tecumseh Rd & Pillette) here in Windsor from the 70's into the 90's. Jerry loved his wife Betty immensely, was a devoted father, an exemplary employee of General Motors (where he was a foreman)....and a great magician! He loved performing with doves and had a great rapport with children! He also was a woodworker, and built many of his own props, as well as selling his wooden props (square circles, dove cotes, etc.) in his store. Jerry....I personally have many fond memories of you demo'ing magic at Cavalcade....many moments of wonder watching you perform and hoping one day I could do what you do. You were and will continue to be an inspiration to local magicians. May you rest in peace my friend and Betty (his wife) please know that you are in our prayers.

Dear Linda and Family, Sorry for your loss. He was one of the best memories I have from The Back Road. His magic, His stories, His jokes, His great laughs, and of course His wonderful talent of making ever lasting furnishings for the Restaurant. He will be Deeply Missed.
