Weiler, Greta Jane

Greta Jane Weiler, 13 month old daughter of Cory and Tara (Tometczak) Weiler, passed away Monday, November 18, 2013 at University Hospital, Madison, WI.

Funeral Services are 1:00 PM Friday, November 22, 2013 at St. Luke's Lutheran Church, Wisconsin Rapids, WI. Rev. Thomas Graves and Rev. Paul Tonn will officiate. Visitation will be held at St. Luke's Lutheran Church on Friday from 11:00 AM until the time of services.

Greta Jane was born October 18, 2012 in Wisconsin Rapids, WI to Cory and Tara (Tometczak) Weiler.

In her short life, Greta touched the lives of many people through her determination to fight and her contagious, beautiful smile. She left an impression on everyone's heart, even those who never had the opportunity to meet her. She was a wonderful daughter, sister, granddaughter, niece and cousin who enjoyed walks, golf cart rides, and being sung to. Greta will be missed deeply and never forgotten.

Greta Jane is survived by her parents, Cory and Tara Weiler of Wisconsin Rapids, WI; sister, Jerzie; grandparents, Ed and Tracy Tometczak of Wisconsin Rapids, WI, Jill and Jeff Doescher of Wisconsin Rapids, WI and Pat and Mary Paul Weiler of West Bend, WI; uncle, Drew Tometczak of Port Edwards, WI and aunts, Tori (Lynn) Jepsen of Wisconsin Rapids, WI, Kristin (Fiancé- Clint Weiler) Doescher of Rudolph, WI, cousins Avery and Livvy Tometczak of Port Edwards, WI.

Greta Jane is also survived by great grandparents, Terry Akkerman of Wisconsin Rapids, WI, Delores Doescher of Wisconsin Rapids, WI, William Weiler Sr. of Auburndale, WI, Dar Weichelt of Arpin, WI, Dave Weichelt of Arpin, WI and Dave and Fran Schlagenhaft of Marshfield, WI.

Greta Jane was preceded in death by her brother, Calon, uncle, Cade Tometczak and great grandparents, Edward and Mary Tometczak, Gary Akkerman and Charlie Doescher.

Ritchay Funeral Home in Wisconsin Rapids, WI is assisting the family.
