Ora C. Bailey Ora Lee Carr Bailey, 85, of Wytheville died peacefully in her sleep at home on Tuesday, Sept. 28, 2010. Funeral service will be held Saturday, Oct. 2, at 2 p.m. at the Wytheville Baptist Church with the Rev. Rusty Mullins officiating. Interment will be in West End Cemetery. She was a loving mother, homemaker and a faithful longtime member of the Wytheville Baptist Church. She enjoyed her children and grandchildren, cooking, canning, sewing and gardening, She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 55 years, Lyle Christian Bailey; her parents, Albert Lee Carr and Pearl Irene Austin Carr; a son-in-law, Jim Agnew; and infant brother, Otis Dewell Carr. Survivors include four daughters, Bonnie Agnew, Barbara Gilliam and husband, Burt, Sue Talbott, Cynthia Walters and husband, Mike; grandchildren, Ryan Agnew, Brandy Talbott, Jessica Walters, Olivia Talbott, Martha Walters and Andrew Walters; and three siblings, Shirley Goff, Gail Bruffy and Roy Carr. The family will receive friends Saturday, Oct. 2, from 1 to 2 p.m. (service time) at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Agape Food Pantry Inc., 405 W.
