I just found out today that Sue passed away. I was truly shocked to hear that such a vital, energetic, and happy person was gone. Sue and I went to York College together, and spent many days studying together. We each had a Matthew Patrick, and we would always compare stories of our boys. Sue was a wonderful person. We kept meaning to get together for lunch this past year, and we were both so busy we never got around to it. That makes me so sad! Sue had such a bright personality and she could always make me laugh. The most important thing in her life was her family. She loved her children so much, and spoke of them often. I know her family misses her greatly. I will keep all of you in my thoughts and prayers. I will always remember Sue, and her great smile.
Sincerely, Geri Deller

So many fond memories, so much laughter, and so much love.
I must say, I have never met a more determined woman. From the moment I met Sue, she exuded with determination.
Her determination to love and pray for her family, her determination to forgive, her determination to not allow doctors or disease write her life story but rather God, her determination to be Pat, Becky, Brandy, Matt & Nikki's #1 fan, her determination to praise God in the midst of adversity. I could go on for pages as to how Sue loved so deeply, and so wide~ it was this love that fueled her determination.
I am grateful and honored to have had such a special friend. Friends such as Sue truly are a gift from God and I am blessed to call her FRIEND.

I only met Sue once and it was a sheer delight dodging downpours and dancing in the rain. I am so sorry for your loss as a family but I also want to say how grateful I am to your Mom for the wonderful person only she could have brought into this world - my heartfelt hugs and prayers to the Walker family.

I met Sue in 2008 when she volunteered to go to Apam, Ghana to share her talents. I was very touched by her compassion and strength. I am very glad I got to meet such a wonderful lady. God Bless her family!

I am so sorry for your loss. As I think of you all, I am reminded of so many wonderful memories of Sue; the ski trips, waterskiing adventures, christmas cookie baking, and simply the warm smile and excitement that Sue always greeted me with. She has touched my life and many others with her warm heart and sense of humor, and she will truly be missed. My love to you all.

The love, strength and sense of humor Sue shared with everyone around her is a legacy that lives on in the many lives she touched. I remember feeling that everything was deeply grounded and very alive in Sue's presence and in her house. Much love to you all as you grieve her loss.

Sue was one of the strongest women I've ever known. She was a rock for her children and gave everything for her family. I miss the days of cheering our girls on at the track and cross country meets and our boys at baseball, wrestling and basketball. You will be missed.

I have always thought of your Mom as a strong women with a warm way about her. She was firm, fare and fun. I still fondly remember our ski trip to West Virginia and our times making buche de Noel. May you all find peace in time and feel her love warming your hearts in time of need or comfort.
My thoughts and prayers are with you all.
