Eve Kiser Obituary
Eve S. Kiser VIRGINIA BEACH - Eve S. Kiser, 87, passed away Aug. 3, 2008. She was born in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, July 13, 1921. She became a U.S. citizen and was very proud to be an American. Eve was a civil service employee; she worked in the Supply Department for the U.S. Navy. She was predeceased by her husband, Carl A. Kiser. Left to cherish her memory are three nephews, Cornelis Spaans, Jacob Spaans and Herman Spaans; and one niece, Nanda Spaans, all of the Netherlands. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at Smith & Williams Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel, conducted by the Rev. Rob Pittman with a reception immediately after. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery. You may offer condolences at www.mem.com.
