John McPherson Obituary


John William McPherson CHESAPEAKE - John W. McPherson, 57, went to be with the Lord Aug. 9, 2008. He was a resident of South Eastern Training School of Chesapeake. John was predeceased by his father, James P. McPherson. Left to cherish his memory are his loving mother, Irma McPherson; three sisters, Cyntha Maxwell and husband Ed, Anne Ward and husband Bill and Mary Merner and husband Ken, all of Virginia Beach; and a host of nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at 4 p.m. today at Rosewood-Kellum Funeral Home conducted by the Rev. Dr. Prentis McGoldrick. Burial will be private. You may offer condolences at www.mem.com.
