Ann Blake Tilley ELIZABETH CITY - Ann Blake Tilley, 73, of the 100 block of Brickhouse Lane, died Aug. 15, 2008. A graveside service will be held Monday at 2 p.m. in West Lawn Memorial Park Cemetery. Twiford's Memorial Chapel is in charge.
