Emile van Goidtsnoven Obituary


E. van Goidtsnoven Sr. VIRGINIA BEACH - Emile D. van Goidtsnoven Sr., 74, a resident of Camp Hill, Pa., passed away Aug. 25, 2008, while visiting his family. Mr. van Goidtsnoven was born Jan. 23, 1934, in Columbia, S.C., to the late Emile and Hunter van Goidtsnoven. Left to cherish his memory are his loving and devoted wife, Elizabeth; two sons, Dan van Goidtsnoven and fiancee Sue Tanea and Anthony van Goidtsnoven and fiancee Carolyn Phillips, all of Virginia Beach; a daughter, Jeanne Marie London and husband Larry of Grapevine, Texas; and five grandchildren, Kyle S. Swatt and wife Victoria, Nick and Joey van Goidtsnoven, Garret and Cassidy London. A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday in Rosewood Memorial Park. A celebration of life will be held at Our Lady of Lourdes, 225 Salt Road, Enola, Pa., at a later time. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be sent to Our Lady of Lourdes.
