Ny'Asia Smith Obituary


Ny'Asia Emoni Smith PORTSMOUTH - Ny'Asia Emoni "Ny-Ny" Smith, 4, of the 100 block of Carol Lane, went home to be with the Lord Aug. 23, 2008. She was born to Sharome Smith-Parker and Tika Winfield Feb. 16, 2004. She is survived by three sisters, Natiya Smith, Tyja Johnson, both of Portsmouth and Tikia Phillips of Norfolk; four brothers, Ta'Quan and Taviarn Smith of Portsmouth, Tavieon Glasper and Lil Carlos Parker of Norfolk; and hosts of uncles, aunts, cousins and friends. She was predeceased by her grandmothers, Dorothy Smith and Beatrice Winfield, and her sister, Natyla Tikia Smith. A funeral will be held Friday at 11 a.m. in Philadelphia Church of Christ, 921 Canal Drive, Chesapeake. Burial will be in Lincoln Memorial Cemetery. The family will assemble at 125 Carol Lane, Portsmouth, at 10 a.m. for the procession to the church. Corprew Funeral Home is in charge.
