Sue,

I am so sorry to hear about Joey's passing. I told Troy that the thing I admired most about Joey was that he lived life to the fullest. He'll live on through the many memories of his loving family and friends. I will never forget all the good times we had together camping, water skiing, staying up all night playing Playstation games at the Outer Banks. I wish I could be there in person to celebrate Joey's life, but know that I'm with you in spirit. My thoughts and prayers are with you and the children. Much Love...

Sue,

I worked with Joey at AATD, Fort Eustis, VA. He was a very polite and quiet individual. I usually saw him on a daily basis while dropping off the mail. He will truly be missed. My prayers are with you and your family. You will always have friends here at AATD. Annie F. Snow (Ann)

Hi Sue, it's been a long time since I've seen you and Joey. I worked with Joey and Troy on the VA Power software. Joey was a good man and a good friend. I got to meet alot of his other friends as well and they are as good of people as I've had the good fortune to run into. Stay close to them.

Sue,

Sandra and I were devastated to hear about Joey's death. Our prayers are with you and the children. We wish we were closer to you to put our arms around you and share words of comfort from our Lord.
For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time [are] not worthy [to be compared] with the glory which shall be revealed in us.
Romans 8:18
We pray that God will comfort you and ease the loss you bear.

Dear Suzanne & all of Joey's family.
What a great tribute to Joey today. I know how proud of him you all must be. It makes me wish I had know him better. I knew from the start he must be a good man to take Christian & Zach paintballing and to spend time with them ( even at Hooters). I know there will be hard days to come but just remember the joy he bought to you all and be thankful for that. I am so sorry. You all will continue to be in my prayers.

Suzanne and family - sending heartfelt sympathy regarding the passing of Joey. All the Mom's got to know your wonderful husband at the bus stop while we all waited (sometimes anxiously) for the bus to arrive. Joey was one of the "bus Mom's!" He got teased often but never seemed to mind. I know that Joey truly loved his daughter and even though his earthly time was cut all too short, Kaelyn will have the wonderful memory of having her father wait with her many mornings for the bus to arrive and waving to her as the bus made it's final turn back out of the neighborhood. I will always remember Joey with his cup of coffee and then getting in his red truck to run off to work. Please know that your neighbors and friends are here to support you during this most difficult time. We will keep you and your family in our thoughts and prayers.
With deepest sympathy,
