I met Paul while working on a local campaign. We both served in the US Navy onboard submarines. We would just talk about anything, Paul was a fascinating man with a wealth of knowledge.

My thoughts and prayers go out to all who knew and loved him and Ishena.

If success is measured by the positive influence we have on others, then Paul truly achieved the highest level of success in this life. Paul was a kind and caring man, who always took time out for others, he will be missed deeply and the lessons of life that he left behind will live on in our hearts. My thoughts and prayers go out to all of you were family members and friends.

I am one of 35 grandchildren that Paul was a part of in the Hess Family. HE was my cousin, my brother GW and I was Paul's very first boy & girl cousins, I can't beleive that he is gone now, we were all so very close growing up together as our Mothers being close sisters that they still are but live so many miles apart now,I have not seen him in so many years, he is the second one of the 35 grandchildren to go, Dotty Levi O'Hare was the first this past February, our chain links of the cousins have started to break, It is such a sad time, he will be so sadly missed.....
