Dear Ethan, Tabitha & Matthew,
I don't even pretend to know the words to say, but my words would be of little comfort to you now. I'm so sorry I wasn't able to be there with Bill, but my heart is broken for all of you. I can't begin to know your pain, but I hope it gives you some comfort to know that you have so many friends who are saying so many prayers for you. And what a blessing to have such a loving and close family. I pray you draw comfort and support from each other in the difficult days ahead. Ryan was a special little boy and how fortunate he was to know such awesome love and have such wonderful parents. May God bless you all.

Ethan, Tabitha, & Matthew - I was so sorry to hear about Ryan. I know it's been 3 years now since I last saw him and he was so sweet and such a special little boy. My heart is so overwhelmed from what's happened so I can't imagine what you must be going through. You do have plenty of family and friends to help you through this and a church that will do anything for you. I know there's nothing I can say or do to help right now, but if you ever need anything please let me know. Everyone is praying for you and your family.

Be Still

Be still like the grass on a melancholy summer day
Be still like desert shrub.

Be calm and you will hear your loved one speak, in the stillness, in the calm, their love resounds.

If you are still this promise I make, you will hear the voice of your loved one helping you along your way.

You and your family are in our thoughts and prayers!

Remember that Linda and Billy will be of greater help now to help you. They know better than anyone the sadness, lost and hurt you are feeling. I send this will my love to you and your family.

My family and I am so sorry for the loss of Ryan, We attended The Salvation Army for years and remember when Matthew was born, but never got to meet Ryan. I know he was a blessing from God and only your faith in Him will give you the strength to do little things each day. As you know we lost Haylea in May of this year and she also attended The Salvation Army and was also 6 years old. I know there is nothing anyone can say to help you right now But later on if you need someone to talk to about anything and someone that has just went through a tragic loss, please call me, to talk, cry, tell stories about Ryan, or anything else.Sometimes it helps to talk about all the great things about your child. So if any of you want to call please do. 336-361-0616. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your whole family.

I teach William's brother, Matthew, at D.F. Walker. He comes to my music class each week. My most sincere sympathy goes to Matthew & his entire family. My words are few & probably not of much comfort, but Jesus Christ can be The Word & Comfort for you through this difficult hour. May you seek Him & rest in Him as you endure this grievous trial - He is our refuge & strength!

To the Family,
I am very sorry to hear about Ryan. I work with Monica at Lake Brandt Pharmacy and I have heard nothing but good things about him. I know he was loved very much! I know that it is hard to understand God's plan now, but rejoice in the fact that you will see him again!
