Tillery Mann NORFOLK - Tillery Mann of the 3700 block of Elkhorn Ave., died Sept. 3, 2008. A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday in Woodlawn Cemetery, Norfolk. Carlos A. Howard Funeral Homes, Norfolk Chapel, is handling arrangements.
