Eva Watson Obituary
Eva E. Watson NORFOLK - Eva E. Watson, 85, of the 1300 block of Forge St., passed away Sept. 3, 2008, in her residence. She was born May 28, 1923, to the late George and Martha Green in New Bern, N.C., where she graduated from West St. High School. She was a member of Faith Deliverance Christian Center, Norfolk. She leaves to cherish her memory two daughters, Georgette Watson and Delissa Allen; one brother, George Green; three grandchildren, Latrease Whitehurst, Cherelle Allen and Kareem Thompson; and a host of loving nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. A funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday in the chapel of Metropolitan Funeral Service, 7246 Granby St. Interment will be in Roosevelt Memorial Park, Chesapeake. Family and friends will assemble at the chapel for the service. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.metropolitanfuneralservice.com.
