She will always be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She will be deeply missed. Left to cherish her memory are her loving husband of 36 years, Harold Moore; two sons, Timothy Moore and wife Cally, David Moore and wife Bernadette; brother, David Dozier and wife Sudie; three grandchildren, Jonas, Hunter and Abigayle Moore. A celebration of life will be held at 7 p.m. today in Rosewood-Kellum Funeral Home. I enjoyed Carol's company in the lunch room at work here at Harris. Always smiling and upbeat, she added sunshine to our midday meal. I will miss her but I know she is in a far better place and is free of pain and worries. Put in a good word for us Carol to the Man Upstairs!

To Carol's family,
Words can't explain the sadness I am feeling right now. I am so honored to have been one of Carol's pug board friends. Please know you are all in my thoughts and prayers. I hope you can find comfort in knowing that love never dies and I know how much Carol loved and was loved. Heaven's gain is our earthly loss.
Sincerely,
Mary Costigan

I had the pleasure of working with Carol in her customer service role and she was always ready to make someone happy. That's just the way she was, always wanting to help. May God comfort her family and friends while we celebrate her life and the many ways she touched peoples lives.

Dearest Harold, and Family, May you find comfort at this time in knowing how this wonderful woman touched many lives. She taught us all so much about courage and inner strength, and how to appreciate everything this life has to offer. Although I never had the honor to meet Carol in person, I spoke to her on the phone several times and corresponded with her. It was our precious puggies that was the common thread we shared.....it was years ago that I met her on our Pug Board. A place where I have met some of the most incredible people. This is such a difficult time for families, but we should all rememner that we never lose the people we love most, even to death. They continue to participate in act, thought and decision we make. Their love leaves an indelible imprint in our memories. We should all find comfort in knowing that our lives have been enriched by having shared their life, and their love. Rest in peace my friend.....you will be missed.

Harold, Tim and David...

My thoughts and prayers are with you. Carol was a good friend and I enjoyed eating lunch with her for 3 years!! She was a great "retired" Navy wife who kept me grounded while Jason was gone.

To the of Carol Moore, May God keep, comfort and bless you in your time of need. I am a former co-worker of Carol's at Harris Connect. The thing I remember most about Carol is her dedication to her Family and Pet's. Carol was a loving person who always had encouraging words for others in spite of her own personal issues. I will keep the family in my prayers.
