Denise Tippins Obituary
Denise R. Tippins PORTSMOUTH - Denise Renee Tippins, 45, of the 300 block of Sandpiper Drive, was abruptly taken from this life Sept. 13, 2008, to be with her Lord to rest in eternal heaven. Denise was born in New Martinsville, W.Va., and was of member of Sanctuary of Hope Church in Portsmouth. Survivors include her husband, Timothy L. Tippins; her mother, Patricia McPeake Ebert of Paden City, W.Va.; three daughters, April Christine Stephens and husband Divaris of Portsmouth, Britnee Michelle Yoho and friend T. J. Cooper of Paden City, Kimberly Lin Tippins of Portsmouth; two sisters, Debbie DeWees and husband Duane of Parkersburg, W.Va., Donna Bunting and husband Paul of Woodsfield, Ohio; a brother, Donald F. Ebert Jr. and wife Cathy of Moundsville, W.Va.; her special friends, Thomas Cook, Amy, Anthony and Darlene Tuttle. A funeral will be held at 7 p.m. Tuesday in Foster Funeral Home, Portsmouth, by Pastor Frank Allen. She will be sent to Jarvis Funeral Home in Paden City, W.Va., for services and burial in Paden City Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Portsmouth Humane Society, 2704 Frederick Blvd., Portsmouth, VA 23704.

Tim and family,
Denise was a beautiful person and a great mother. She was my best friend through grade school and high school and since then, I have a lot of memories with her. We have stayed in contact through the years even though we went our separate ways. I did not hear about her passing until Sunday 21st, and I am so sorry for your loss. Denise will be greatly missed.

I can't believe she is gone she was so happy Friday about the cake that Alicia made. She was just giddy with excitment and talking talking. Your mom loved you guys so much and there is nothing she would not have done for you. You were her angels now she can be your angel never forget that you were the most important people in the world to her. My prayers are with you every day as you move forward in your lives.

I am so sorry to hear of your mothers passing. She was a wonderful person . I haven’t seen her in a few years but I can’t help but to fondly look back on our Westhaven days. I know that your mother loved you girls with every breath that she took. We would talk for hours on the phone about ya'll and she always spoke so highly of you. She will be greatly missed.
