Wilma Creamer Obituary


Wilma E. Creamer VIRGINIA BEACH - Wilma E. Creamer, 80, passed away Sept. 22, 2008, at Sentara Leigh Hospital in Norfolk. She was a native of Texarkana, Ark., and the daughter of the late Willis and Mamie Chambers and the widow of the late James R. Creamer Sr. A beloved wife, mother and grandmother, she is survived by four children, James R. Creamer Jr. and wife Alison, Donna La Fond and husband Paul, all of Virginia Beach, Jo Anne Kearns and late husband Bill of Carrsville, Gary Barnette and wife Janna of Ivor; sister, Avis Sutton of Shreveport, La.; two brothers, Delbert Chambers of Chesapeake and Doyle Chambers of Dallas; 11 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a brother, Boyce Chambers of Shreveport. A funeral will be conducted Friday at 3 p.m. in Princess Anne Memorial Park Chapel of Peace Mausoleum in Virginia Beach. Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Bayside Chapel, is handling the arrangements. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.hollomon-brown.com.
