Edna Baum Obituary
Edna B. Baum NORFOLK - Edna Claire Buckner Baum, 93, passed away Sunday, Sept. 27, 2008, in a local healthcare center. A native of Decherd, Tenn., she was the daughter of the late Edna Nicholson Buckner and Roy Buckner, and the widow of Claude S. Baum. She had been a resident of Norfolk in the Larchmont section since 1959. She was a member of Larchmont United Methodist Church. Left to cherish her memory are her sons, Glenn A. Baum of Newport News, Donald N. Baum, and Kenneth W. Baum, both of Virginia Beach; six grandchildren and seven great- grandchildren. A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday in the chapel of the Cox Funeral Home. Burial will be private. Memorial contributions may be made to Larchmont United Methodist Church. Condolences may be made to the family through www.dmvobits.com/cox.
