William Roper Obituary


William J. Roper Jr. VIRGINIA BEACH - William J. "Billy" Roper Jr., 56, son of Marjorie A. Roper and the late William "Teeny" Roper Sr., passed away Sept. 30, 2008. He is survived by his daughter, Deanna Luppens; his son, Richard Roper; his brother, David Roper; his sister, Kimberly Ruffin; his brother, Michael Roper; his sister, Beth Johnson; and six grandchildren. The memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Monday at Memorial United Methodist Church, 804 Gammon Road, Virginia Beach, VA 23464. Following the service, the family will receive friends at the home of his mother, 5505 Elgin Road, Virginia Beach.
