John Skinner NORFOLK - John Edward "Jack" Skinner, 63, passed away in his home Sept. 17, 2008, after a short illness. Born in Michigan to the late Chester and Margaret Skinner, he moved to upstate New York in 1972 where he worked for Mountain Lake Public Television. In 1992, he moved to Norfolk to work for WTKR and later opened his own production house, Video Project Studio.
