Leslie Bailey Obituary
Leslie Lee Bailey VIRGINIA BEACH - Leslie Lee Bailey, 66, passed away Oct. 14, 2008, in a local hospital. Mr. Bailey was the husband of the late Mary J. Bailey. He was a lifelong resident of Virginia, and retired from the International Longshoreman's Association after 35 years as a crane operator. He was a very generous man who will be deeply missed. He was well known and loved by his Oceana neighborhood. Mr. Bailey was a die-hard Redskins fan. Survivors include his goddaughter, Kelley Freeman and a grandson, Bailey Freeman, both of Norfolk. Services will be held at a later date. H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, Laskin Road Chapel, is handling arrangements. Online condolences may be made at www.hdoliver.com.
