Constance Sharp Obituary


Constance R. Sharp NORFOLK - Constance Reed Sharp, 88, passed away Oct. 28, 2008, in Chicago. A native of the Ocean View section of Norfolk, Constance was the widow of Reyburn M. Sharp. She was a graduate of The College of William and Mary and member of St. Andrew's Episcopal Church. She was also active in the Daughters of the American Revolution and the Daughters of American Colonists. Mrs. Sharp is survived by a daughter, Elizabeth Harrison Sharp of Chicago. A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday in Forest Lawn Cemetery with the Rev. Ernest L. Trueblood officiating. Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel, is in charge of arrangements. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.hollomon-brown.com.

I am so sorry to hear about your Mom. It is hard to believe how many years ago it has been since we climbed over fences between James River Drive and Villa Road.
