Denice Donahue Obituary
Denice L.A. Donahue CHESAPEAKE - Denice Lyn Adkins Donahue, 47, of the 400 block of Blue Beech Way, passed away unexpectedly Nov. 14, 2008, in a local hospital. She was born in Paget, Bermuda, and was the daughter of Sandra O. Tompson Adkins and the late Dennis L. Adkins. Besides her mother, Denice is survived by her husband, Michael Lawrence Donahue; two daughters, Melissa Sue Donahue of Staunton, Va., and Jennifer Lynn Donahue of Chesapeake; a sister, Jane Adkins Purois of Rainbow City, Ala.; and three brothers, Dennis Adkins Jr. of Charleston, S.C., Richard Adkins of Morgantown, N.C., and Gary Adkins of Wheeling, W.Va. A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday in Chesapeake Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Great Bridge Chapel, Wednesday from 10 a.m. to noon and 6 to 8 p.m. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.hollomon-brown.com.
