So sorry to hear about your loss. I worked under James as a boilermake apprentice for about 2 years. He knew his job and knew how to instruct me so that I could learn the trade....I have since moved up and retired myself from the Office of Personnel Management, and my sucess was due in part to the lessons learned from James.
