Diana King Obituary


Diana R. King SUFFOLK - Diana Lee Rauch King, 68, passed away Dec. 10, 2008. She was born in Cleveland, the daughter of the late Edna B. and Edward Rauch. Diana retired after 35 years as a school bus driver for the Suffolk City public school system. She was a member of Holy Neck Christian Church. Diana is survived by her husband of almost 41 years, James Edward King Jr. of Corapeake, N.C.; daughters and sons-in-law, Mary K. and Barry D. Cobb, Michelle L. and Jeffrey A. Colley; sons and daughters-in-law, Kevin T. King and Denise C. Diraimo, James M. and Lisa S. King, all of Suffolk; grandchildren, Meghann, Emily, Jennifer, Reagan, Justin, Rhiannon, Amanda and Ryan; great-grandchild, Hunter James; sister, Carol Moskaluk of Parma, Ohio; brother and sister-in-law, Edward Rauch Jr. and Laurel of West Port, Ky. A funeral will be held Saturday at 1 p.m. in Parr Funeral Home & Crematory, 3515 Robs Drive, Suffolk, with Dr. Donald Jones officiating. Burial will follow in Nansemond Suffolk Cemetery. Friends may join the family Friday from 7 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home for a time of visitation. Memorial donations can be made to the Nansemond-Suffolk Rescue Squad, P.O. Box 1515, Suffolk, VA 23439-1515. Condolences may be registered online at www.parrfuneralhome.com.
