Amanda and Matthew, I loved your Mom so much. She was a bright spot in this world, and will be missed very much. I will always remember how she talked so lovingly about the two of you and also about your pets. You were the center of her universe.

DEAR RICHARDS FAMILY,
I HAD THE PRIVILIGE AND HONOR OF WORKING WITH LISA AT HUMAN SERVICES, SHE WAS A GOOD FRIEND. WE WOULD SOMETIMES JUST TALK, AND TALK ABOUT OUR FAMILIES, OUR CHILDREN, OUR JOB AND OUR "BOYFRIENDS". WE WOULD ALWAYS END UP LAUGHING. WE WOULD TALK ABOUT PROBLEMS, AND I KNOW SHE ALWAYS HAD A WAY OF MAKING ME FEEL BETTER, AND ALWAYS PUT A SMILE BACK ON MY FACE. SHE WAS A GOOD FRIEND, AND A SPECIAL ONE! SHE ALWAYS TALKED ABOUT HER CHILDREN, HOW MUCH SHE LOVED THEM, AND HOW SPECIAL THEY WERE TO HER. SHE WAS VERY PROUD OF BOTH OF THEM! WE ALWAYS ENDED UP TALKING ABOUT THE VA.BEACH FIRE DEPT.! HOW GOOD THEY LOOKED IN THEIR BLUE T-SHIRTS,SHE ALWAYS TALKED ABOUT ERNIE, HER EYES WOULD LIGHT UP, AND A BIG SMILE WOULD APPEAR ON HER FACE. I LOVED TALKING TO LISA, AND WILL ALWAYS REMEMBER THE THINGS WE SHARED WITH EACH OTHER, LISA, IF YOU CAN HEAR ME, I LOVE YOU FOR BEING MY FRIEND! I WILL KEEP ALL OF YOU IN MY THOUGHTS AND PRAYERS,
LOVE ALWAYS, SUE MASTERSON
