Leslie Graupmann Obituary

Leslie A. Graupmann NORFOLK - Leslie A. Graupmann, 84, of the 8500 block Tidewater Drive, passed away Jan. 17, 2009, in a local hospital. Mr. Graupmann was a retired Avionics Technician Chief (ATC) for the United States Navy. He was an avid bowler, hunter, woodworker and gardener. He is survived by two daughters, Sandra Jean Graupmann and Carol Gray and husband Ron; six sons, Gary and wife Lynn, Gregory and wife Lori, Thomas, Robert and wife Michele, David and wife Cindy and Mark; 10 grandchildren, Geoffrey, Garrett, Matthew, Eric, Andrew, Brett, Lauren, Jennifer, Mallory and Jay; and three great-grandchildren, Alexa, Hailey and Aubrey. He was predeceased by his wife, Phyllis. A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends today from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.hollomon-brown.com.
