I remember Kirk from quite a few years ago, probably when he first came to work at the Newport News Social Security Office. Kirk was a very pleasant and polite man who always had a smile on his face. My prayers are with his family during this time of sadness.

Kirk and I worked together in Newport News and continued to keep in contact over the years. Those of us who worked with him were sadden to hear of his passing. He was always very easy going and got along with everyone. Again, I am sorry to hear of his passing and will continue to keep the Williams' family in my prayers. The Chess world will not be the same without him because I used to tease him about playing so much. He truly loved the game and would travel near and far to play everyday if he could.

Kirk was a wonderful family member and friend. A true guardian ANGEL, whom I will dearly miss.
