To the Gene family,
I worked with Billy several years at the Naval Base. He was a great worker and a perfect gentleman. He could put any Chinese restaurant out of business with his shrimp fried rice. I, too, would have visited him had I known he was ill. May God heal all of your broken hearts.

Eugenia and Family,
Just wanted to offer my condolenses at this time. Gene was a good and dear friend to all that knew him. I'm so sorry I didn't know he was ill. I surely would have visited him during that time. GOD Bless you all. He will truly be missed.
