Hazel Taylor Bipere

Hazel Taylor Bipere NORFOLK - Hazel Taylor Bipere, 92, of the 100 block of W. Bayview Blvd., passed away Jan. 29, 2009 in his home. A native of Valentines, Va., she was the daughter of the late Grover and Adeline Taylor and the widow of Joseph Bipere. She retired from Norfolk and Western Railroad. She was a member of Miles Memorial United Methodist Church and the United Methodist Women. She is survived by her son, James M. Rook of Richmond, Va. A graveside service will be conducted Monday at 11 a.m. in Forest Lawn Cemetery with the Rev. Kathleen Monge officiating. Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel, is handling the arrangements. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Miles Memorial United Methodist Church.
