Hazel Bipere Obituary

Hazel Taylor Bipere NORFOLK - Hazel Taylor Bipere, 92, of the 100 block of W. Bayview Blvd., passed away Jan. 29, 2009 in his home. A native of Valentines, Va., she was the daughter of the late Grover and Adeline Taylor and the widow of Joseph Bipere. She retired from Norfolk and Western Railroad. She was a member of Miles Memorial United Methodist Church and the United Methodist Women. She is survived by her son, James M. Rook of Richmond, Va. A graveside service will be conducted Monday at 11 a.m. in Forest Lawn Cemetery with the Rev. Kathleen Monge officiating. Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel, is handling the arrangements. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Miles Memorial United Methodist Church. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.hollomon-brown.com.
