Laszlo Ill VIRGINIA BEACH - Laszlo Ill, 72, passed away Jan. 30, 2009, in his home. He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 42 years, Valerie Ann Ill. Laszlo was a machinist who retired after many years of service. Laszlo was born in Hungary and he lived in England for many years. In 1976, he moved to the United States of America. He is survived by his daughter, Lesley Carpenter and her husband Leonard Jacob Carpenter Jr. of Virginia Beach and by his son, Miklos Ill of Jacksonville, Fla. He had three grandchildren, Ashliegh Renee Ill, Holly Lee Ill and Stacey Lynn Carpenter. He is also survived by a brother, Zoltan Ill of Budapest, Hungary. He will be dearly missed by his family. The family will have a small service today at 11 a.m. in Woodlawn Funeral Home Chapel, 6329 E. Virginia Beach Blvd., Norfolk, 23502.
