To the family,
I am deeply saddened to hear that Charlie passed. I am even more saddened that I didn't get to see him in recent years. Charlie was a true friend and supporter to me during my years in Tidewater w/ the Alumni Association and thereafter. He will always hold a special place in my heart.
May God grant you peace and comfort in knowing that he was loved and will be truly missed.
