Carolyn and Family.

I was sadden to learn of Persie's death. From the time we were classmates at East Suffolk High School to the last time I saw him in October, he always had that endearing smile. During that October encounter, you were informed of my mother's illness, instead of being concerned about himself, he took the time to encourage my mother and me. He also invited us to visit to be further encouraged. I regret that we did not visit, but I kept Persie and you in my prayers. God took that encouraging smile and his soul to heaven with him. Be encouraged, God will not leave nor forsake you and the family.

Carolyn, Chanel & Nikki,
It is with mixed emotions that we encourage you at this time. We are saddened that Persie is no longer here and full of joy knowing where he presently is. It was a privilege to have Persie as our friend, brother and fellow laborer in the Lord's work.
His wisdom and support are greatly appreciated and will be missed.

Keep looking to and trusting in the Lord who is our strength and comfort. HE will fill the void of "Daddy" and will carry you through the coming days and years.
We are here for you.

We love you all

My deepest sympathy to the family. He was just a high spirited man to be around. Every time I saw him, he always had a smile on his face. I will sincerely miss the smiling face, but I will honestly keep him forever remembered in my heart. May God bless each family member at this time.
