Richard was a loving family member of the Judeo-Christian Outreach Center and we will miss him. He helped many people who were dealing with substance abuse problems, and were trying to get their lives together. He loved the Eastern Shore with his brother Butch & his family and we will think of him there with smiles and love.

To the Matthews Family,
I was very sorry and saddened to learn of Richard's death. The "fox" and I were the best of friends 45 years ago. He was a gentleman and a scholar, and there aren't many of us left. Kindest regards
