Judith Easter Obituary

Judith Lynne Easter VIRGINIA BEACH - Judith "Judy" Easter, 57, went to be with the Lord Feb. 14, 2009. She was born in Portsmouth March 12, 1951. Judy worked for Allied Transportation Co. since 1972. She loved cooking, traveling and taking cruises but most of all she enjoyed spending time and entertaining her family. Judy was predeceased by her loving husband of 27 years, David Easter and mother Thelma Warmunde. Left to cherish her memory are her father, Kenneth Warmunde and his wife Rebecca of Norfolk; brother, Kenneth Warmunde Jr. and his wife Lori of Chesapeake; three sisters, Victoria Butcher and husband Roger of Chesapeake, Lori Cox and husband Claude of Chesapeake and Paula Hoosack and husband Michael of Midlothian, Va.; sister-in-law, Dottie Smith of Parksley, Va.; several nieces and nephews, Tommy, Joey, Kevin, Jennifer, Kelli, Kimmie, Krista, Carly, Collin, Sydney, Kayla, Joey Mae, and Brody; and five stepgrandchildren. A funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Rosewood-Kellum Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Rosewood Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Monday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
