Josephine Schuh Obituary

Josephine M. Schuh NORFOLK - Josephine M. Schuh, 90, died Feb. 14, 2009. Love has come full circle. Jo...Mom...Grandma. You take our love with you even as you leave its legacy in our hearts and memories. Thank you for chicken soup when we were sick, welcoming family gatherings, kitchen magic, sewing wizardry and all you did to make each of us feel special. If there are crosswords in heaven, may you know all the answers, may the coffee be hot and may laughter fill the air. Surely "Linus and Jo" are together once again beyond "better or worse," "richer or poorer," "sickness or health." Know that your three daughters (Mary Newton, Ann Bugh, and Susan McKinley), your seven grandchildren (Tyler, Amy, Michelle, Amanda, Mark, David and Nathan) and all your relatives and friends celebrate the life you shared with us. We wish you the peace of heaven. We'll picture you now with your beloved Linus, and with the dear Lord to whom you faithfully prayed nightly rosaries for so many years. May their loving embrace surround you as they welcome you home. A Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated in memory of Josephine M. Schuh in St. Pius X Catholic Church Friday at 10 a.m. Her interment will be held in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens following the service. Woodlawn Funeral Home, 6329 E. Virginia Beach Blvd., Norfolk, is in charge. Condolences may be offered to the family online at www.woodlawngroup.com.
