My Mom (Peggy McAlhaney) just told me about Cecil. I am so sorry. Gary and I have many fond memories of Cecil - including the after our wedding reception party that Cecil and Penny hosted, and which, unfortunately, we missed. But heard so much about. And there was playing pool, and the crab eating.

Our condolences.

It's been 32 years since I last saw Cecil. I can say for sure he was a good agent, always cooperative with us claims folks. He was a fine gentleman and a good friend.
My sincere sympathy goes out to Tom and Penny.
