Mrs. Billups/Alisia, he will never be forgotten. He was a wonderful man and an even better father. He kept us laughing. Hold on to all the great memories that he gave us.

When I read Mr. Billups obituary, a smile came to my face. My first thought was when my mother died in 1964 in Newark, N.J. Mr. Billups arrived my Uncle Walter. His job was to bring all the children to VA for services that were to be held here. Even though we knew and were saddened about my mother, Mr. Billups had us laughing, singing, telling jokes and playing games the entire time on that ride from N.J. to VA. We didn't want hime to leave when we reached our destination. I have never forgotten that. My prayers are with you and yes, he was a wonderful man and friend.
