When I read Mr. Billups obituary, a smile came to my face. My first thought was when my mother died in 1964 in Newark, N.J. Mr. Billups arrived my Uncle Walter. His job was to bring all the children to VA for services that were to be held here. Even though we knew and were saddened about my mother, Mr. Billups had us laughing, singing, telling jokes and playing games the entire time on that ride from N.J. to VA.
