Mary White Obituary

Mary Ann White PORTSMOUTH - Mary Ann White, 77, of the 2200 block of Columbus Ave., was called home to be with the Lord Monday, June 8, 2009. Ms. Mary Ann White, a native of Northampton County, Virginia, was born Dec. 15, 1931, to the late Leroy and Rebecca White. She was preceded in death by her brother, Charles White. She leaves to cherish her memory three sons, Robert Lee Robinson of Florida, Fentress and Dondrill White; five daughters, Shiann Baines of Waldorf, Md., Angelina Deloatch, Barbara, Veronica and Janet White, all of Virginia; 20 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces of nephews. Viewing will commence today, June 14, from noon to 4 p.m. in J.T. Fisher Funeral Services, 1080 N. George Washington Highway, Chesapeake. A life celebration service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Monday, June 15, in First Baptist Church, 1025 Elm Ave., Portsmouth.
