To all of Mr. Goodwin's family and friends,

It was an honor and a joy being taught by Mr. G in 7th and 8th grade. He was an excellent teacher who would always be upfront about what you need to work on and would try to help you fix those problems. He was also very encouraging and had great stories. He would love to talk to us about things completely unrelated to math, such as how some plant was grown. I hope we can all focus on the wonderful memories and experiences we shared with Mr. G during these difficult times.

My prayers are with you,

Bonnie,

"May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived."

Bob has was the first person to welcome me to CTK last summer at Rachael's. I will never forget him opening the door and welcoming me in. After that day, he was always there to impart his wisdom about middle schoolers upon me. He is a true inspiration to me and will be remembered fondly by myself and all of our students. His legacy will live on at CTK.

"Fair winds and following seas, Bob."

My deepest condolences to the family. Bob always had a smile and a kind word when ever we met. I will remember the cookouts and his conversations about his garden. Whenever we were leaving, his last words would always be "God Bless". May God Bless him and the family now.

To the entire Goodwin family, especially to Bonnie, whom I've known for many years,

Mr. G will be sorely missed by my family as well as the many children whose lives he touched in his years as a teacher at CTK. I know he has taken many medals to heaven with him, (smile) having dealt with my 4 boys. My boys are good, and God fearing, however they many times couldn't resist being the class clown or joining in on the end of food fight (and of course the last one always gets caught.) Mr. G would express his concern and disappointment in with me, at the same time he would highlight their accomplishments and capabilities. I so deeply appreciated those conversations with Mr. G, realizing that they were for discipline as well as concern for their welfare and success. I certainly hope you can dwell on the good memories, turning your tears into laughter as you mourn your beloved husband and friend. Tracy
