Elizabeth Rea Obituary

Elizabeth Anne Rea RICHMOND - Elizabeth Anne Rea, 75, of Richmond, went to be with the Lord Friday, June 12, 2009. She was born March 3, 1934, in Fairbanks, Alaska. Mrs. Rea is survived by her husband, Leonard N. Rea; daughters, Marita Rea and her husband C.B. Umphlette Jr., Suzanne Rea and Jennifer Sacra and her husband Keith; son, Patrick Rea; sisters, Mary Thomas and her husband James, Francis Martin; grandchildren, Steven Wright, Zoe Rea, Sofie Pinney and her husband Ryan, Henry Rea; and great-grandchild, Everin Hawman. A memorial service was held 11 a.m. Tuesday, June 16, in St. Augustine Catholic Church, 4400 Beulah Road, Richmond, VA 23237. Interment was in Dale Memorial Park, Chesterfield, Va. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society, 4240 Park Place Court, Glen Allen, VA 23060, Bensley-Bermuda Rescue Squad, P.O. Box 3360, Chester, VA 23831, or American Lung Association of Virginia, 9221 Forest Hill Ave., Richmond, VA 23235.
