Naomi Burton Obituary

Naomi E. Burton PORTSMOUTH - Naomi Estell Burton, 85, passed away Friday, June 19, 2009. She was a native of Pulaski County, Virginia, and was the daughter of the late Walter and Hazel Kegley. She was a member of First Friends Church and was predeceased by her husband, Warren R. Burton Sr. Survivors include a daughter, Joyce Burton Bentley and husband Mac of Yorktown; a son, Warren R. Burton Jr. and wife Evelyn of Huntington, W.Va.; sister, Martha McDaniel; two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held 4 p.m. Wednesday, June 24, in Sturtevant Funeral Home, Portsmouth Blvd. Chapel. www.SturtevantFuneralHome.com.
