Mr. Reinhart was a big part of Atlantic Shores. He was one of my favorite residents. I loved when he would be walk by the bistro and he made sure he came and talked to me, even if it was just a hello or a conversation. He was a great man. I remember when he won Resident of the year, he was so happy... I also remember last year after he put up the Christmas Tree he asked me to come see it, I was able to come see it 3 times, when I was there he showed me all of his clocks, one of my favorites was the one when the child was eating the dumplings. Mr. Reinhart never let anything keep him down. Everytime I saw him he always had a smile on his face. I was so happy that I was able to see him before he passed and he was able to eat one of his favorite desserts. I will miss him very much.

We will miss Mr. Don very much. He was such a great part of our Cavalier Motel family. He always had a smile and decorated our beach so beautifully with his kites. He earned the name "Kite Man" from our staff and guests alike. He and Mrs. Reinhart will live on in our memory for some time to come. It isn't everyday you have a chance to meet people who make you feel like they've known you forever, but they certainly did. Every time we see a kite flying over our beach, we'll smile at the heavens in memory of our precious Mr. Don.
