To Dr. Teitelman's Family,
I am deeply saddened to learn of the passing of the beloved Dr. Teitelman.
My parents, Florence and Morton, my brother Marc and myself were all patients of Dr. Teitelman. I'm a baby boomer, circa 1950; I can remember dental visits at the Medical Tower. Each of the exam rooms had a different color equipment, yellow, green or blue with little stuffed toys of Mickey Mouse and Goofy, etc. Dr. Teitelman continued my dental treatment in the "house" when he moved off of Independence Blvd. and also the office near Mt. Trashmore. Even at 59+ years, I am still reluctant to visit a medical doctor. Not once did I ever have that feeling about Dr. "T." In fact, I used to look forward to my appointments. He was comical and entertaining; used to kid me about having served in the Coast Guard. I can't count on all of my fingers and toes the number of times that I heard my mom comment about how skilled and talented a professional he was. Please accept my sincere condolences. My prayers are with you at this difficult time. What a true Mensch.

Dr. Teitelman was a great denist. Very caring. Always made me feel at ease knowing even though I was in my 40's I was scared of needles. He always made me laugh. When he retired I said he would be hard to replaced and he was. He will be missed by many. My deepest sympathy's and may God bless his wife and family.
