Virginia Whited Obituary

Virginia Lee Whited VIRGINIA BEACH - Virginia Lee Whited, 86, of the 1600 block of Old Donation Parkway, passed away June 29, 2009, in Sentara Virginia Beach General Hospital. A native of Idaho, she was the daughter of the late Willis and Naomi Carringer. She was a bookkeeper for Gabbert's Auto Supply. She is survived by her husband, Lee D. Whited; a daughter, Ann Christine Whited Blotz and her husband Paul; two sons, Tim Whited and his wife Vicki and Michael Whited; a sister, Lila Crawford and her husband Don; a brother, Glenn Carringer and his wife Joyce; and three grandchildren, Jonathan Whited, Christopher Blake Whited and Kyle Blotz. She was predeceased by a brother, Harold Carringer. A memorial service will be held Friday at 3 p.m. in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Great Neck Chapel, with the Rev. Michael Simone officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.hollomon-brown.com.
