To the Owens Family,
My prayers are with you in the loss of your dearly departed loved one. I remember Bobby Rae so well. He was a classmate of mine and I bore the brunt of his affectionate teasing during our days at Mount Hermon Elementary School. In addition, we grew up in Taylorsville/Howard Park together. I often referred to him as "that crazy Bobby Rae" because he was always teasing and very funny. I know that many will fondly miss and remember his antics. So rest in peace!
