Randy,
You were part of my family, as a beam of light in the neighborhood. You were a father to my children as they grew up, a son to my father & mother when they needed help, a dear friend and Archery partner.

Randy was a genuine person. I worked with him on a Army vessel repair project in Tacoma, WA and he was always so helpful and caring. He loved to talk motorcycle safety with me and gave me tips to take home for my husband so he could be a safer rider. I have my Harley shirt he sent me from his last trip to Kuwait and will hold onto it forever. I will miss sharing life stories with him as he had the funniest most interesting stories. My condolences to all of his friends and family. I feel lucky to have known such a GREAT guy.

Randy was a true friend, a patriot and a hero. His loves were his family, his country, his friends, the Portsmouth Police Dept and his motorcycle. He was the perfect example of honor and integrity. If anyone ever needed help, Randy was always there for them. God bless you my friend. You will be deeply missed by all of us. It was an honor to have known you and work with you. Peace Brother.
