Dear Wanda and family,
My deepest sympathy to you and your family. I talk to Connie often and always ask about all of the special Pack 219 Cubscouts. Although, much time has passed I just want to let you know that youamd your family are in my thoughts and prayers and you have been thought about more often than you realize... warm memories of cubscouts, tubing, and ball. I hope that the same loving arms of God that welcomed Jeff home puts his arms around you and your family and eases your pain.
With Deepest Sympathy and love,
Debra Foxwell

JEFF HAS BEEN A DEAR FRIEND OF MINE FOR THE PAST 30 YEARS. WHEN WE FIRST MET, WE WERE LIVING ON MAURICE AVE. WE WERE IN OUR 20'S AND LIVING LIFE IN THE FAST LANE. I WAS THERE WHEN JEFF HAD HIS FIRST CHILD (BRANDY). I WAS GIVEN THE HONOR OF BECOMMING BRANDY'S GOD FATHER!! WE ENJOYED FISHING AND HUNTING TOGETHER AND ENJOYED LIFE TO IT FULLEST, MUCH TO THE DISMAY OF OUR WIVES SOMETIME. JEFF MET WANDA AND MOVED OVER TO NOTTINGHAM RD. AND STARTED A NEW LIFE, HAVING MORE CHILDREN. I MOVED TO PARK MANOR, BUT WE REMAINED FRIENDS. JEFF HAD A BIG HEART AND LOVED HIS FAMILY VERY MUCH. HE HAD A HARD EXTERRIOR, BUT A SOFT CENTER WHEN YOU GOT TO KNOW HIM. I WILL MISS HIM VERY MUCH, ALWAYS LOVE HIM LIKE A BROTHER, AND HOPE TO BE THE GOD FATHER TO HIS DAUGHTER THE WAY HE WANTED ME TO BE. WE GREW UP AND GREW OLD TOGETHER AND HE WILL ALWAYS BE IN MY HEART. TO THE FAMILY..YOU KNOW I LOVE YOU ALL AND WILL ALWAYS BE THERE FOR YOU GUYS.
