Grandmothers are blessings from heaven above
Each one is handpicked, just especially for us.
They have special gifts, that bring a smile to our face
And we know when they're gone, they can never be replaced.
This place where they go, when they leave us on Earth
Is too beautiful to explain but its the place of their birth.
God gave us this time, to share her with us.
But it's time to go home, to his place up above.
No worries or woes to ever deal with
Just flowers and sunshine, and counting of ducks.
She'll watch from above, to make sure we're safe
Sometimes sneaking a peek or maybe a small kiss on the cheek.
You'll never forget them, nor will they forget you
And she’ll hold you your place, until its your turn.
So don't mourn her too long, for she is now safe at home
With her God, friends and other loved ones, she’s never alone.
I love you Na-na! I miss you so much already.
Love, Cindy, Vincent, Vinny, Nickolas, & Vinita Negron
